If you want said yearbook, you should create and curate it yourself.
It is probably outside the scope of dA to create one.

If you want to create a retrospective report, create a group and start writin'.

Interesting idea, but then I need more support and resources. I am on my 4th year academically and can't go ahead with the idea by myself that is ludicrous. I have done one great project without support and it ended up a disaster with me adding to all expenses.

Had a significant thought, this will not be a physical document but delivered electronically (if had quick links that would be significant but costly), thus reduce the price, possibly even sent via notes to download link. Value for money is priority thus something catchy like a good group title label or something. Administrative positions could be stated but else default by name. Yes, the year declaration is important. It would be exclusively requested on down payment by groups, fandoms, micro-communities etc. A notice to each group participant would have to accept a yes/no request before document could be created and generated thus eliminating trolling. The larger the group the smaller the down-payment of each requesting members because one original document is created only added extra fee is the sending. I have no idea exactly how donation pools actually work, but gather that it is converted physical money, thus would be alternative and easy method of pooling. That is so far the creative thought behind it...
