Popular "X" Hours

Let us sort the front page by any number of hours we want, for the "Popular 8 Hours" option.

In particular I want to see what's popular in the last hour or less: what is at least kind of good art, but new enough that my view and my favorite could help send it to the front page for regular visitors? A shorter time would also give people a quicker response to their art instead of submitting and waiting until the next day, and for commenters you know you'd have a better chance at the person responding since they were just recently online to submit.

An adjustable hours would be useful for other reasons too: 8 hours is fine from night to morning since most people sleep that long, but I only work for 6 hours a day so it'd be nice to trim it to 6 when I get home from work. Or 2-3 if I checked it at lunch.

I think it's a nice idea, but I don't if it would be realistically do-able within the constraints of the system that's used for that kind of thing. It would be interesting though
