Changing back a users page to display it if it was banned and not deactivated?

This has gone on for a while now but I didn't think to make a thread on it.Or maybe there's a thread on this and I did not see it.

Anyway, I'm a bit confused on why a banned deviant now displays their page as "deactivated" and not banned like before.
It could be just that my curiosity bugs me more than it should but it is also annoying that if a deviant is truly banned (to report them in cases of ban-evading), you would never know.

Is there a reason for this? :B

They could at least make the banned and deactivated people have a totally different page from one another. :/

Agreed, now some banned deviants can ban evade without us knowing. :shrug:

You can always search their art, if they have any. The "More Like This" helps sometimes. :paranoid:
