DA Instant messaging?

I think DA should IM like facebook. XD
This way, we can stay on one page and view the incoming messages instead of refreshing it.
And when we get one message, there will be a sound.
Of course, the user can choose to disable this function if they get too popular ;)

What do you think?

Feature already exists. +chatrooms. You can personalize them so only friends can join.

No, because this is a site for browsing and having to load a chat script in every page would discourage that and compete with the images for bandwidth. If you want to talk with friends in real time, that's what the +chat is for.

D: yeah. I thought It was IM so i clicked on it. But well. that just direct me to the profile page.

but i think people can use private chatrooms, how do they do that?

you can create one! tells you how right here [link]

I also think they need to improve the manage friends into lists thing as well
I believe you can only sort them one at a time
as opposed to selecting them and dragging them into place or something like that
