Allow us to use quotes in our titles

Please? I enjoy making up captions for what my cat is saying just to be silly, it'd be nice if I didn't have to do it through an apostrophe, and could directly use quotes.

oAo Why do you need quotes in the title? It'll still be pretty clear it's your cat saying it, especially if you explain it in the artist comments.
