suggestions-birthday gift Llamma returns and emoticon drawing contests

1)I was thinking about birthdays,when somebody has birthday it would be cool if they gained a free premium memberhip for 1 day
2)I believe that we should be able to take the Llammas we give back,the reasons I say that are those:
a)sometimes other people take our Llamas by hacking our accounts
b)sometimes other people take our Llammas because of bugs that there are in deviantart(resently sombody recieved a Llamma from me but I am not sure if I accidently gave it to he or it was a bug)
c)sometimes we accidently give them to other people
d)sometimes we might have a fight with other people but for that reason we want our Llammas back
3)there should be a emoticon contest where the one wh will make the most unic emoticon wins

1. I don't think that's a good idea. dA already gives out free memberships and buy-one-get-one-free deals frequently, so there's no reason to give them out just for people's birthdays. And it wouldn't make sense to give out free memberships every year to abandoned or hardly used accounts. That would be a pointless revenue loss for dA.

2. a,b) Llamas can't be taken away by anybody, so you have nothing to worry about. They can only increase in number, not decrease.
c) I don't see the problem. The point of llamas is to give them to friends and strangers. How would you even give one on accident? There's a whole confirmation process to make sure you don't do things on accident. If you somehow do make an accident, pay more attention next time.
d) You can't take back llamas. They're not like currency or material things and they aren't really gifts either.

3) As others have said, there are groups that can do this or you can start a contest yourself, but I wouldn't mind seeing an official dA emoticon contest.

1) No. It's a waste of programming for one day, especially if the person isn't online on their birthday.

2) Taking llamas back because you had a fight with someone is the most petty thing I've ever heard. And as people have mentioned, they don't do anything, they're just a pointless little add on.

3) Join groups or host your own.

1) Eh, whatever. Would be nice.

2) Um...we don't have a finite number of llamas. People can't 'steal' them. You don't give llamas out of your pool that people have given you. And who CARES if you accidentally give a llama? They don't actually DO anything.

3) I'm pretty sure groups do that sort of thing.

1. There are already free membership days occasionally, keep an eye on #hq and #PremiumMembers to find out

2. When you give a llama, it doesn't cost you a llama. Just like when you watch someone, that doesn't mean you suddenly have one less watcher.

Even if someone else gets access to your account and gives away llamas, you'll still have all the ones you received. That said, if there's a bug or a hacker you should definitely contact the +help desk.
