Make spam reportable by anyone on profiles of inactive users

There are people who outright admit that they only spam on plz account profiles. But spam is spam and does not belong on dA. Please make it so that once an account has been inactive for, say, 4 months, anyone can report spam on their profiles.

Or make spam reporting outright possible for anyone, anywhere. (Excluding flagged spam report abusers of course.)

And in case of plz accounts, the owner is probably never coming back.

You can already report spam to the Help Desk

See FAQ #238: How do I report people for abuse, harassment, or another issue I think is a problem?
I realise it doesn't mention spam outright but that's certainly one of the things you can report to them directly, even if it's not on your own page.

I'll lock this suggestion for you as this is already possible
