No FAQ on what MNbot is, or what doom it brings.

So, I just had to explain what function the dark and evil MNbot was, and noticed that there doesn't appear to be a FAQ on what horrible foreboding it brings.

Whatever function dA officials decide it to have
Whatever reason dA officials need to have with them being kicking, keeping logs, etc etc
Whatever reason dA officials need to have and since it's official only important for official ones unless they need to investigate the other ones. It's not that hard to guess this.
Whenever dA officials need/want to.

Again, pretty basic things.
