in the description of the "complaints" forum, make a note that it is NOT the help desk.

idiots keep posting about issues they should be taking up with the help desk, and wonder why they're being flamed.

It wouldn't really help. Look at the other forums...or even the Suggestions forum to get an example of that. It would end up later that they would give in and just not lock them anyways because people want to do it so much. Like suggestions forum/common suggestions. :lol:
