Required link to original for traced bases?

If traced bases aren't going anywhere could you guys at least do something to limit the non-crediting of original artists? One of my pics was traced as a base and created no less than 30+ traced offspring deviations that continued to use my traced artwork with no credit to myself. I contacted you guys to get you to take down the tracers who refused to credit me, and was told to email you to file a form, did so and still have gotten no response.
If you're not able to police the bases, or simply dont even have the time or inclination to, why not institute a mandatory link to the original work when someone uploads a traced base? If they dont have a link to the original, they can't upload their traced base.

Traced bases are legally a very gray and very dangerous area so I honestly don't understand why you allow them in the first place, but if you insist on allowing them at least make it a little harder for people to steal others work.

The same happens to me all the time, I even asked the tracers to take down the artwork, but they didn't care even if I asked nicely and saying "please" many times.

sigh.

But plenty of people would still not follow that rule.

Unless you accepted that it was traced, it 's reportable theft. Report.

If you had made the condition that people could trace only if they credited, it's reportable. Report.

Now, get the fuck out of Complaints, we are not the help desk!

I'm not in "Complaints" bro, but thanks for the daily dose of misplaced rage. It's good to see such class.

Yes, I realized that and posted about it two seconds after my first post.

Aaaaand I'm an idiot. This is not Complaints.
Feel free to mock and laugh now.

Anyway, my points stand. Report what is reportable. The rules are already there.

I agree that we should get rid of the category altogether. It's art theft, in a very "popular" form.
