The reason i think so is that i see lots of people leaving nasty comments on the pages with deviations if they do not agree with that deviation getting a DD.
And its terribly unfair towards the artists who had nothing to do with their picture getting a DD, and who really deserve just to feel a pure joy instead of reading nasty comments which do not really have anything to do with their art, but only with that art getting a DD
. So instead of just being happy that they've got it they might feel guilty like if they have stolen it from someone. All those comments about how the artist has better deviation in his or her gallery are totally useless.
So i think it would be nice if everyone had a chance to express they general opinion on the daily deviation choice separetly if they disagree with it. Or if DDs in some category are everyday really mind blowing they can also comment on someone doing a very good job.
