i think you should make deviantart muro simalar to paint tool SAI, so if you dont have a system you can rely on DA muro. this should be for all members, prenium or not. that way if we have a crappy system, we can go and say, hey! i have DA MURO. IN YOUR FACE CRAPPY SYSTEM!!!

I suggest you upgrade your computer so you can buy SAI.
Or use GIMP which is free. It does most of the work pretty well.

Shhh. SAI can sometimes allow exceptions. The user here needs to be under 13 to use it.
