Bring back the option to remove the "Folders Sidebar" in Gallery

Since dA added the "folder within a folder" feature, premium members are stuck with the folders sidebar in their galleries.
Even if we have no folders to display, we're stuck with a useless sidebar that just takes up space.

Before, we had the option to move the sidebar to either sides of the gallery or to remove it completely. Now we can only move it from one side to the other.

I'd like to have the option to remove the sidebar again. Thanks

I agree there should be an option to remove the sidebar (though I love using it myself). More options are better.

In addition to this there should be an option to HAVE nested folders in our favourites gallery.
