When you access the admin area, you can sort group activity by messages > events > gallery items. I think it would be really helpful if there was a way to further sort gallery items by status, namely: all, expired, withdrawn, accepted, and declined.
With the current system, if you need to go back and look at something in the log, it can be difficult to find what you're looking for because there's no way to refine your search. This isn't an issue for small groups or groups with limited traffic, but for large groups, even trying to find something from a week ago can be hard if you get 100+ submissions per week. You end up browsing at least 10 - 20 pages of log items. (Imagine trying to find something from a month ago!)
For groups that actually vote and discuss via the submission tickets, being able to find these more quickly and in a more organized way would be really helpful. :3
I'm not expecting dA to implement a full admin search function, so I think this is a reasonable trade off. (And for $60 a year, why the hell not?)
