Hey guys, just a quick reminder here.

Whenever you get a violation note from ^devart and you wish to question why you did indeed recieve it, please inlcude a copy of the note you recieved in its entirety within the helpdesk request. This makes it 10x easier for the staff to diagnose the reasons for it's removal and how we can help you in resubmitting it and resolving the errors in your ways. :)

This will greatly reduce the time it takes for us to get the issue resolved so that we don't end up bouncing notes back and forth trying to understand the situation.

Here's some examples:

POOR EXAMPLE
You bastards deleted my deviation entitled "Linkin Park Rulezz"!!111 I want to know why right noe!

GOOD EXAMPLE
Hey,

I would like to inquire as to why I recieved this note. I do believe that my deviation did not violate any of your policies however if you could clarify the reasons for it's removal, I would greatly appreciate it. Here is a copy of the note:

---------------------------------------
Mr.Deviant,

Your deviation, listed below, has been removed from its deviantART section due to a violation of our policies:

URL: [link]
Title: Linkin Park Rulezz
Submitted: 2004-04-07 9:12:56 pm

The administrator who desectioned your deviation added the following:

Deviation was posted in the "Pets" category.

Your deviation was desectioned because deviantART does not tolerate deviations which are submitted in to a category, or section, for which they obviously do not belong.

deviantART enforces a zero tolerance policy in regards to violations of our submission policy and therefore will take the actions that we deem necessary on a case by case basis. There is a possibility that you will be banned from interactivity on deviantART therefore it is suggested that you visit your user page to see if this is in fact the case.

If you feel that you are receiving this in error, or have questions regarding it, then visit the deviantART Help Desk in order to submit an inquiry. It should be noted that replies to this note will go unanswered and your only course of action is the deviantART Help Desk!

Thanks for all your patience with the helpdesk. We're working on catching up on those older tickets, so don't think we've forgotten you. :)

Cheers.
