Gallery and Favourites Issues - Blank Pages Following Page 1

We're currently aware of some issues with the Gallery and Favourites pages where deviations are not showing up after the first and second page. These pages will either show up blank or as gray boxes with the dA logo in them. It appears this issue is being caused by several different ad block programs and extensions/add-ons.

If you are experiencing this issue we ask that before you contact us at the Help Desk that you please check your computer and browser for any ad blocking programs or extensions you may have installed and disable them. After doing this please clear your cache and then try looking at gallery and favourite pages. If you are still experiencing this issue after disabling your ad blockers please feel free to contact the Help Desk and we will attempt to help you resolve the issue.

It appears that the main adblocker causing this situation is AdBlock Plus with Filterset G. In order to fix this issue you can apply the following filter to AdBlock Plus.

@@http ://*.deviantart. com/global/*

(The spaces were added in order to prevent the text being turned into a link, and should be removed.)

This creates an "exception rule" for the frame, allowing the gallery to load properly.

It appears this is also caused by the spam blocker in Norton Internet Security's "Norton AntiSPAM".
