If hte kid truely had read up and known anything about his drug, he would've read that you don't talk to fuck-ups and only stay around people you can trust and feel good around. Otherwise crazy thoughts get in your head, it's just self-induced schizophrenia with a bit of euphoria and visuals - schizophrenics need people they can trust in order not to get nervous or agitated, the same holds true here.

Who'd buy drugs from a scummy looking dealer like that anyway.
