If you require assistance with your deviantART account, you have a number of options available.
The +faq is full of useful information, resources and guides to everything you could possibly want to know about 'how do I do this' on deviantART.
The +helpdesk provides a ticket based system where you can obtain personal assistance from the Help Desk Team.
You should contact the +helpdesk should you be unable to identify an answer to your query from the +faq or if you have any enquiries relating to community subscriptions. The +helpdesk does not deal with any Print Account enquiries or Prints Sales enquiries.
You can also make enquiries to the +helpdesk regarding any administrative action which has been placed on your account. Please note that due to the Privacy Policy, information regarding administrative action can only be disclosed to you if you are the person receiveing the action. In other words, if your friend has been banned, please don't ask why.

If you are experiencing any difficulties with your account then feel free to come in and we will try to help you.
