We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Do you want to change the way that you interact with deviantART? The answer is of course yes! I've been using some really wonderful extensions for deviantART that have made the website easier to navigate, interact with, and overall have made it more entertaining. We'll start with the first one I ever installed.
These only work in FireFox. Please stop using Internet Explorer. It's a shitty browser and isn't "the internet".

By far the best extension ever. This sexy add on will inform you of all pending messages in your Community Message Center. Install it, configure it, and reboot FireFox. It will then show you how many messages you have in their categories in the status bar. For example, "2 message centre items (1D*, 1C*)". It also features a nice sound player so that when new messages arrive it will play a custom MP3. Nice!

Some of you may have noticed I've been taking some screenshots of deviantART, but it doesn't look like deviantART! Well... not exactly... That's because I'm using this extension to replace the website's CSS file.
CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) is complimentary of HTML and allows you to change the overall look of your site from one linked file [yes, this is the dumbed down explanation]. By installing the extension you can use custom CSS files for the site. Hell, you can even skin it yourself if you know CSS.
Try it. Very sexy extension. I'm currently using BIH Blue skin.

You need this extension. Trust. Me. It adds a really nifty toolbar to any part of the site where you can enter a comment. Bold, italics, underline, alignment... everything. Even super and sub script. The only thing is you'll need Grease Monkey. To install the script.
Get it d00d. You'll be glad you did.

Looking up deviation numbers to post thumbs can be a real pain. DeviantCopyPaste fixes that. After installing it. Right clicking on deviations, names, and avatars produce a quick copy link. :thumb#:, :dev name:, and :icon name: + prints, faqs.... Niiiiiiiiicccceeeeee... Extremely useful for dAmn chat.

Do you find you click a hell of a lot to get anywhere on deviantART? This extension adds a menu to Firefox just for deviantART navigation. Want to get to dAmn? Two clicks in seconds. Want to submit some art, but you're currently on eBay? Two clicks in seconds.. Forums? Yah, two clicks. No more of this bookmark bull@#!$. Get it and make it a habit!
