Whats the best way to bring more attention to my page from other deviants? Ive tried uploading some of my stuff to some groups but they don't always get put up on the page.

Get into more accepting groups and start from below. Some groups accept all art, skilled and unskilled. Try to find more of those.
And network, connect with people, comment, fav, and what not. Give away llamas.

Talk to people, comment on other people's work (and when someone comments on your work, reply to them, come on, man. lol I saw that. 
), fave people's work, be an active part of the community, feature people's work on your page (journal), be supportive of others.
