Almost everyone who can read English proficiently can read that. Your brain looks at key identifiers, such as the length of the word, the starting and ending letters, and context when reading a word, and as long as enough identifiers are present, it can interpret the word even if it is misspelled or scrambled.

No study has actually been done on this, it's just a product of knowing a language. 100 out of 100 people can do this provided they are literate and not dyslexic.
