Do you know the thing that anys me about the MLP fans? When I say the show has horrible values and ideals and that is has pretty crappy animation and a complete lack of originality.

They say it's about friendship...like that episode where the pink one starts STALKING an old guy who is tired and doesn't want to talk to her so she basically BREAKS INTO HIS HOUSE, PHYSICALLY ASSAULTS HIM and MEANTALLY ABUSES HIM. Oh, but I guess thats all ok since she managed to reunite him with this other old pony...who was implied to be dead or similarly unnaccesable throughout the episode. So, yeah. Friendship. More ñlike ''listen to me or I will terrorise you until you snap''.

Or maybe the episode about why the monarch is the boss and her sister is the bad guy. Which boils sdown to ''made the queen boss of the daytime and the other one boss of nighttime, no-one was nice to the night one and noone wanted to be awake  so the night one snapped.'' So yeah, ignore someone and don't even check up on them, and you're justified in treating them like the bad guy even though you're the one being an asshole.

Or the one where the rainbow one is getting uppity and too focused on glory to actually be nice, so instead of having a regular intervention and speaking to her...they endangered the life of alot of civillians and humilliated her publically and then laughed in her face. You know, her best friends. So moral here was ''don't speak to people to fix things, abuse them in public, it's work very well''.

Honestly I am not surprised the ''neckbeared fedora bros'' turned ''brony''. The show reeks of them, especially the further it goes, since it is catering more and more to those gross fucks. Oh, and apparently they're also going superwholock. It's like two in one.

Hionestly anything that endorses monarchy and marysuedom is just instantly a no to me. And the fans tend tp be very easily pissed off at any type of criticism.

And any fandom of a CHILDRENS SERIES that things making porn oif said series is ok...no. Literally fuck right off.

FOr a year and a bit I kept trying to give MLP a chance but after I see one epiusode I am just disgusted. And the fandom is just...arg, get the fuck away.


Most fandoms in general tend to...idk. I mean, its perfectly fine to be a fan of something (even MLP; if it floats your boat, whatever). But these people...they say their ideas, surround themselves with people just as close-minded and blind as them, pretend to be nice but then berrqate and attack anyone who thinks differently...

Take the SPN fandom, for instance. It isn't ONE fandom being shite (in SPNs case), there are large., LARGE sections of people who have a certain set of views and harass anyone who is different. (''You're only a real fan if you like X and hate x'' each sections desfends some crap like that)  And these sections fight each other and anyone who is getting into the series. Yeah sure I don't have about the show, but either you're all assholes or you're nice and accepting, there isn't a fucking middle ground. And they're all obviously assholes.

Some fandoms are the WHOLE fandom in general with one idea and assholeness. I mean even fandoms that aren't known to be totally crap, like Harry Potter. You know, until you say that certain characters where assholes and others were actually ok, then you are ''banned from the fandom'' and ''have serious issues''...because you have a different opinion? Even if you explain them and aren't attacking anybody? Because how dare anyone criticise the books/films and have original thoughts, am I right?

I love being a fan I hate being part of the fandom.

Oh man and the shippers. Urg. I like to make fiction for the sake of creating fiction, and I've have people attack me for it. Like you were forced to see my art? Me making art means you can attack me because you think I am attacking you? It's like they are the fandom of the anti-fandom. How DAre you, in your spare time, of your own free will, create something with a characters and it not be tailored to ME???!!! How dare you explore something that isn't my favourite thing.

And mentioning MLP again, I hate MLP fans who are like ''not ALL Bronies'' instead of being like ''yeah those fuckers are gross, I don't want to be associated with them''.  It's like they live in their own world where 'brony' means ''fan of the show'' rather than what it ACTUALLY means, ''gross ass fans of the show who sexualize a childrens show''.




Yeah idk. I haven't been on internet for awhile and to be honest...I feel better. It's good I haven't been round so much because wow did I have to see alot of fandom crap on a daily basis.

Ans idk I just think that you can be a fan of what you want, but don't be closed-minded and start making mobs and shit. Like I literally do not care if your thing is even drawing shitty ocs having incest furry sex...just, you know, stop trying to post it everywhere and pretend you're the radest rad. Know where the hell you are and act accordingly...eg: you can't post porn or screenshots on dA - so don't post porn or screenshots on dA. You can't draw straight stuff/women/animal peens on Ygallery so don't. Hentai foundry is for generic porn so go put your porn there. And the list goes on. Fur Affinity for anthros and quads, etc etc. There are series-specific pages you can post your stuff on Find where what you want to do can go. If all else fails make a tumblr and dump your crap there. Just deal with criticism and don't get pissed when your recoloured naked sonic porking your oc which is a recoloured shadow/amy/whatever else gets thrown off pretty much every site and people criticise you.

Like...dA might be an art site for all levels, but it is still an ART site. Block the comments and don't socialise if you don't want to hear negativity. And if you leave comments open and socialise, grow the hell up and deal with crit. I'm not saying you have to be a polite princess fairy about it but at least fucking listen. If it's flame, sure, get into a flame war if you want. But in most cases it ain't flaming, and you're just being an arrogant piece of shit.

the worst fandom is the jesus fandom though. either you are part of the fandom or you aren't even human to them.

Twilight is horrible and the whole Hetalia shit is kinda annoying.

The only real difference is that Sonic and MLP have the most widely known ones, next to pretty much every mainstream anime, boy band/artist, and first-person shooter game up to date.
