I get writer's block at least every so often. Sometimes it's once a week.
As for anime's, I hardly watch any anime. The only thing's that are considered anime might be Blood the Last Vampire, or Fist of the North Star. They might not be something you'd like to watch though.

How Do You Get Rid of Yours.?
Reading books sometimes helps. Maybe even playing games or watching movies. Sometimes I'm thinking or doing something else, and it goes away.

Onegai My Melody is a great anime, yet it's so underrated. So underrated, it never got dubbed into English. But if Sanrio Characters (Hello Kitty. My Melody, Kuromi, etc) isn't your thing, then I would recommend listening to lots of music. Usually orchestra works the best, as it helped me write my book in specific scenes
