So today an Asteroid called DA14 is passing close to the earth. Isn't it funny that the name is dA? 
Anyways... It is coming back
Scientist think it will hit the earth on 2080.
I guess we have plenty of time to figure out how to destroy it

The article says nothing about 2080. The date of the next approach is 53 years after that- in 2133. Even then, the risk is not high, though it will be close.
