During the week, because I have a tendency to start my assignments late (I'm so lazy coming home...bad Steph )I'd say about 6, almost 7 hours. The weekends? Probably 9-10 hours. I can't stand waking up past noon; it makes me feel like I've wasted half of my day!
At my worst I get 1 -2 hours. Generally after a few nights of that I will crash for a full 12 hours. Sometimes I can manage an entire week of "normalcy," 8ish hours a night. That doesn't happen very often though. I always look like I have black eyes.
I'm in the Southern US currently. That's Virginia Woolf in my avatar, definitely not me. It's kind of cute that I inspired fear in someone though, that's a first! We would make good friends though, popping sleeping pills and with matching black eyes.
I know! I saw a person at the store one day that looked almost exactly like Jack Black. Some people think everyone has a twin out there, maybe it's true. The only thing I have in common with the avatar is we both have brown hair.
I try to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep on weekdays. As for weekends, I sleep around 8 hours with a couple of naps in the day if I have nothing to do. I love my sleep now that it becomes a luxury! Don't wanna go to work tired and unfocussed.
One thing about is regardless of what time i sleep, when i get up in the morning, first thing i do is count how many hours i sleep. usually i get 6-8 hours of sleep but at times i sleep 10-12 hours too if i have a good sleep. yesterday however i only slept 5 hours cuz i went clubbing and was forced to get up early.
Usually about 7 hours on worknights. Anywhere from 8-11 on weekends. When ever I sleep in late on weekends, I end up feeling like crap and groggy for the rest of the day, so I usually set an alarm for around 10.
