Usually a couple of nutritional shakes, some glucomannan capsules to eliminate my appetite, some vitamin/mineral supplements and one or more cigarettes. I have lost interest in food.
Tonight we had a braai, so it was braaied sweet chilli chicken kebabs, lamb chops, mielies and pasta with a tomato sauce (my father is cycling tomorrow, and he always eats pasta the night before).
I've had real trouble thinking of meals.
