report a profile for harassment?

How can I report someone who's harassing me on DeviantArt? I go to their profile and I don't see any report option. I am having someone make countless false accusations about me in a harassing way!

it is not that simple, he was appointed head admin of a group I am in, he's harassed me since regarding my submission to the group. If I block him, that means I am out of the group. I need to report him instead.

Have you tried blocking this person? If you have and they're block evading you can send the helpdesk a harassment report ticket as a last resort.
