Are these ads here cause of a spam bot or are people just that bored?

Also on an unrelated topic, how do prints works?

They are just spam.

Prints work by making an impression of artwork onto paper or canvas!

Yes, they go into the prints shop and order, DA's printing service prints and sends the print out, then givees you your cut of the cash

Aaand you get some of the money/points used to buy it (I think DA get's 80%). Still a n00b here so not too sure but I'm pretty sure...

One thing about dA is that their prints quality is incredible - certainly much better than anything I could get in my home town. Oh, and dA gets 20% of print profits.

True, they have good quality prints, but some artists might be depending on the profits to live and such, so sometimes the wiser choice might be to go somewhere else depending on your situation(then again, what do I know...?)

Artists that live off their earning are are rare lot, and usually poor.
