Cannot receive points?

Hi there!
someone has been wanting to pay for an adoptable on my main account (=Bienoo), But whever the person sends the points, I don't receive anything. and their points are gone. We are 100% sure it was sent to my account.
Does anyone have this problem? And how could I fix it?

I know you may think it's nearly impossible but the possibilities of you being scammed is high D: Perhaps the other person forged the "not paying" part.

You should ask them to take a screen shot of their point balance before they send the payment, then show the balance after as proof that they really DID send the points. Also tell them to screenshot their transaction history as proof that they didn't send to a side account and pretended that it didn't work.

This is for your own safety haha C: If it really /is/ a bug, try contacting the Help Desk! I'm sure you'll figure it out somehow <3

It was indeed a bug :) It is fixed now. The person couldn't send the points on their side, but when they payed with their other account it did work.

But I still have all my points, and the transaction history does not show me I have received anything. In that case it can not be a scam.

I cannot have been scammed because the transaction history does not show me anything, and I still have got all my points.

But you said you didn't receive the points...

You know, being scammed doesn't only mean "stealing your points", but also "not paying you". It would be different if you were the one sending the points. That way you'd be sure it's just a bug.

Anyway, you better contact the Help Desk if your issue remains unsolved.

I already contacted the help desk.
I seem to receive points from others fine, and I trust the person paying me. It must be a problem on their side because I don't have any further problems.
