I like Mewtwo, but I would probably take Sableye or Spiritomb for practicality.

I would then proceed to whoop everyone with my heavily resistant Dark/Ghost Pokemon.

I would really love a Rayquaza, however because that is extremely unlikely to be allowed I would instead choose Crobat my other favorite pokemon.
