Help with journal Skin, anyone? :)

Hi everyone :)
It is my first time on the Forum, but I think it is the only way I can get help XD
I want a costumised journal skin, yet, I don't know how I can make a really nice one and I can't find anyone doing commisions for it.
Could anyone explain to me how I can make a cool one or just help me find someone that makes them for free or for points.

I am very tempted to commisions you, still, I am unshure of what I want exacly XD
But for shure, it will be related to my kennel :)
can you draw german shepherds, huskies and rough collies? :)
They are the main dogs of my kennel, if not, we will arrange something :)
