Problem with rename redirects

I wonder if anyone else who changed their account name has this problem. Earlier today I tried to access my account at "davidfoxfire" I got the 404 error, but if I use the previous name, "daveykinsfoxfire" it works fine. I think there's something wrong with the redirect feature here on DA, and by now they're probably aware of it.
