Traditionally we start out with champagne and oysters, while listening to Her Majesty's speech. Then we go to a "formal" dinner, say "HAPPY NEW YEAR!" at midnight (with champagne again). Then we knock ourselves out over the next 6-8 hours, sleep for 1-2 hours and call around to apologize for the stuff we did yesterday. Then we continue where we left for one more day, eat more oysters (now with Porter) and that's it.
Next year I'll follow up on some projects I've started. They were intended to "internationalize" me, and they still are. Then ofc I'll quit smoking - I do that every year.
What are your expectations of 2013?
