I check DA every day, and when I'm really really really bored I spend about 2 hours on it. I need to tone it down.

You can hardly call it an addiction. I'm here in periods, and it's more like a supplement to being stuck in front of my computer anyway.

I was on here a lot more a few weeks back, but the 'addiction' has calmed down a bit. I go on for about a few hours a day, every day, instead of 5+.
