Question about points. Please help.

I don't know where to post this question! >.<

I'd like to know why it takes 14 days for points to pend transaction. Note: I'm not taking about donated points.
You can set up an image so that it can be bought for points. But it takes 14 days for it to pend through.

Any ideas? Is there any way I can shorten the waiting time?

I think is just a verifying/processing wait, just like how paypal has a 5-15 day processing period.
