Ok i wanna sign up for a New Account But DA isnt allowing me to use my Gmail Hotmail ect or yahoo what the heck is going on?i know for one i have signed up before using these e mails before why can't i now?

If you've already used those email adresses before, you can not use them again as they are already taken :) Please see our Need Help? thread when you need help with dA, as stated in FAQ #801: Are there any rules for the Forums?

Does DA Block the IP Address from making a new account with a new e mail address?

You can only make one account using each unique email address. If you've already used any of those email addressed to make accounts, you can't use them again. You have to either create a new email account or dA maybe is blocking you from opening a new account from your IP because you were banned at one point and the ban has not been lifted.

One email can be used for each DA account once.
