What are you going to create?
I am going to create a Subway sandwich shop drinking game.
In my area there is a Subway practically every block. So you'd count up how many you've passed in a day, go home and drink that many beers. We'll be a city full of beer guts and alcoholics in no time.

I created a sandwich like half an hour ago. I am as a god to the condiments of the cupboard!
Sandwich sounds good.
Really it was just ketchup squashed between two slices of bread... Frankly I was not at my creative best today.
Okay, now that does not sound very good.
It takes half an hour to get to the nearest one. Certainly not on every block here 
Here there are so many it's crazy. I can't imagine all of them are doing well. There's just so many!
I'll create the generic sitcom drinking game: you drink until it's funny. Fun for everybody! 
What I'll hopefully create:
- a minimum 48 page comic for NaGraMoWriMo which won't pass unnoticed
- a series of visual novels about a freaky place and it's freaky residents
- a virtual band.

Virtual band?
Like Gorillaz for example. All I need is to learn to animate and a singer/band willing to do so.

I'm going to create babies.
How many babies?
Two.
I am going to create: a) a fantasy novel, b) a historical fiction novel, c) a semi-autobiographic novel. In that order 
That's a lot of words.
Or booze. I accept payment in the form of booze.
I'm going to create comics, and people are going to give me money for it!

Screw it, I'll just do a shot for everytime I don't stab someone when I feel the urge.
