I mean, yeah, we have to kill animals sometimes. But stuff like [link] - isn't that going a bit too far?

Years ago meat packing plants treated animals very cruelly. If they are going to kill a cow or a pig, do it humanely and not so the poor thing suffers.

Im trying to be vegetarian these days. As little meat as possible. I'm against animal cruelty.

When we go beyond what nature does. Yes, in nature animals kill and eat each other. But animals do not experiment on, factory farm, burn alive or otherwise torture other animals in such ways.

If it's just uncalled for intentional violence to an animal I think that's enough for cruelty. I stopped watching that video when he took out the alcohol or whatever it is. Geez people! Can't you trap a mouse and get rid of the body in the trash like in the old days? Do you really have to torture it?? I can't stand people that do stuff like that. Those people also have mental issues and would probably do that to a child which is even more frightening!

If there's unnecessary pain to the animal, then that's where I draw my line.

For example, I support medical testing but not cosmetics.

That video was shocking, what a sick bastard. I hope some animal lovers beat the living shit out of him. I would have.
