I'll usually listen to music, go for a walk, watch a movie, or depending on what I'm frustrated about, or how frustrated I am, I might talk to someone to get my mind off it, but people all too often have a way of adding to frustration.

When I get really frustrated I usually pace while listening to my ipod and try to take deep calming breaths. If it gets really bad though I'll pretty much always be stressed the whole rest of the day, so I just try not to do anything else that would be likely to frustrate me and go to sleep as soon as I can.
Now if I get really angry or frustrated I'll start yelling and throwing things, but that's only under really extreme circumstances that don't happen often.
I get frustrated very often and I don't always go about the best and safest ways of relieving my frustration- but usually, making some kind of art does the trick- unless that is the source of my frustration. When art is the source of my frustration, I go to more unhealthy routes... which is something that I'm working on.

Depends how bad it is. If it's one of the rare, extreme cases, I do something like bash the crap out of a punching bag. It makes me feel better. However if it's just "casual" frustration/annoyance, I just take a few breaths and think to calm down, whatever is annoying me will not get the better of me. Watch a movie, play a game or read a book
1) Disbelief- The length of this stage varies from 3 seconds to 10 seconds. 2) Aggression- Lasts 4 minutes to maybe 10 minutes. 3) Laughter- I laugh at how stupid the situation and then it's a joke from then on.
Well the disbelief stage is cut out and the aggression is cut out as well. So pretty much I just pace around in circles contemplating ways out of the situation and laugh for some reason. Then when I find a solution, repeat step 3 over and over.
I make me have an even bigger frustration, I listen to depressing songs or just sleep. Or I go outside and make photos or stay with friends in hope that I'll feel better, or just talk with someone but I don't do that often cuz when I'm frustrated I don't wanna go anywhere and talk to anyone... I sit at the computer. Or lay in bed and do nothing. I really want a punching bag, by the way. But I wouldn't know where to hang it.
Nah, it doesn't happen often. They were rather extreme circumstances. For example: ending up on the losing end of some incredibly one-sided video game matches every time I played that day. Halo 3's matchmaking system is very flawed.
