Is There some place I can Post a Request for a picture?

Sorry im new to the website... and I've had a few friends who had pictures done by people here on deviant art.. so I was wondering if theres a place I can post a specific request for a certain picture based on something? like for exsample (I'd like the word HOT digitaly made to look like embossed metalic like with flames around it) <-- i dont want that im just using as an example thanks for any help in advance... and if I cant do it here, is there anouther place that might help ?
