My favourite race was the 2012 Dischem Ride For Sight Cycle Challenge; I managed to get into a nice group with a bunch of guys who blocked me from the wind, and then the veterans came past us with a few kms to go, so I latched onto them and managed a sub-2, which was a pretty good time - oh, you mean the other type of race?

But can they levitate? Can they pacify a three-story-tall bear cub and send it back to its den? Can they control the planet's rotation? No, they cannot.
They can jump high enough to seem like it, kick the cub back into it's den, and run so fast the earth rotates around them.
There's only one earth pony that can do that; she's pink and has balloons on her butt.
If she can do it...
This is more than just an exception; this is her we're talking about. I think she was born as a lowly earth pony just to balance out the powers she already has. If she was a pegasus or unicorn... I shudder to think of what she could do.
