Do you shake your socks in the morning? Do you check under the bed? Do you check under your pillow? Do you check your slippers? Have you ever woken up with two unexplained puncture marks in your skin? If not, how come?

Most spiders worth worrying about around here tend to be huge. Black widows have been known to turn up, though, but those are very rare. In my entire life, I've only ever seen one in the wild.
