Err anyone else having issues picking a category to place pictures?

Is dA doing maintenance or something? I can't submit a picture right now cause it wont even let me pick a category to place it in? LOL

By posting in the forum, we know it is not an issue affecting any particular user, but a site-wide issue.. Not all of us affected have to report the same issue a gazillion times to the same help desk.. Maybe some of us feel the need for human interaction once in a while! If this is criminal, sue me!!
