Why can't I change my username?

Does it just take awhile for it to register the date or something?
It says, "Change Username You have recently changed your username. This feature will be available again on November 12th, 2012."
But it IS November 12th.

know, things can be weird. Though maybe it is all to do with the time zone of DeviantART. (where it's based).

Eh I guess I can do that. It won't kill me to go one more day with this username. I was just confused as to why it says I can't change it. :\ Even though it's that date.
