Future of the future??

okay, so i was being philosophical and thought to myself: if the "future" that we think of is flying cars, extremely high skyscrapers, blue people and stuff like that, then what is the future after that??

so i'm asking you, what is the future of the future?

I've read science magazines, so I have a good idea for what we're in for.

Communication lag will be physically impossible.
Viruses will have no effect on humans whatsoever.
The difference between virtual and real will be one of sematics at most.
The difference between AI and human willl be one of sematics at most.
Few people will be able to comprehend the outdated concept of "growing old".

I do not believe flying cars will be common. Humans can barely drive with four directions (front, back, left, right). Adding two more to the mix (up and down) would be a disaster.

xD well i agree, I've read many science magazines too. so that is likely to happen.

haha, yeah thats true, it'll take sometime for us to be used to two new directions, but it won't go good.
