Hey, guys, I'm trying to sell some books I have to get some extra cash, as I am damn near broke at this point.
If you're interested in any of these books, let me know and we'll go from there; thanks.
All of these books are paperback.

They had used Harry Potter books for sale at my local library for $2 each -hard back.

So good luck with that.

There's a library nearby, I'm not sure if they'll take any of these, but it's worth a shot or at least a look into; thanks.

You don't understand. The library takes donations and then sells them to raise money for the library. Unless you are fine with just donating them.

Otherwise ebay, amazon or half.com to sell books.

This is a horrible place to try and sell these.
You will have better luck putting an ad on Craigslist or something.

I know, but I'm literally that desperate; thanks though. I'm scared shitless of Craigslist; know of any other good sites I might try (besides ebay)?

What's wrong with Craigslist? :O_o: I use the Canadian equivalent all the time and I've never had any issues. :shrug:
As has already been suggested, you could also give a garage sale a try. Or you could donate them somewhere. :nod:

I've heard horror stories about craigslist--stalkers and other such weirdoes--but hell I'm broke enough that I might just give it a look around.
worst comes to worst I'll try to have some mini-garage sale--it's better than nothing.
