How long have you been on dA?

Now, this isn't some thread to brag about how better it was before or whatever...

Just to find out how long you have been using dA? How did you come to join dA? And are the friends you had in the beginning still with you or are they even still using the site? How long have you been using the forums compared to when you first joined?

I just turned eight years just a few weeks ago. I joined from a forum I used to frequent before and my friends from there introduced me to dA. Sadly all the friends I had from that site no longer frequent here. I've been using the forums for as long as I have been on dA.

Little over 6 years (counting my old account).

It took me a couple months to find the forums at all. I do still talk to some friends I made on dA, though some of them aren't still on here. (Actually, a lot of friends I made aren't on here anymore).

I found dA while looking for an image that 'inspired' me for my creative writing class.

I've been on dA for about a week, I'm a new person! :D

None of my friends are on dA, I'm not actually sure how I found out about it :S I've known about it for a while but decided to check it out now :)

Since I joined I've done nothing but stalk the forums, it's so addictive 0_0

My, how time flies! I've had this account since middle school, so it's a good measure of how I changed over the years. It's pretty cool in my opinion.

Well, Muro is definitely something that got me back into DA after a hiatus. It's really nice. I also like chatting/commenting.
