If you require help with deviantART, please do not post a thread! These threads can lead to incorrect information being spread, and you may end up with more problems than when you started! As such, threads asking for help will be closed and re-directed to this sticky.

So if you do need help, where can you get it? There are quite a few options:

Help with using deviantART

:bulletred: deviantART has a massive Frequently Asked Questions Library, where most common issues are addressed.

:bulletred: If you are a new user, check out the ~welcome tour.

:bulletred: You can get live chat help in the #help channel. Volunteers, when available, can answer your questions, or direct you to someone who can.

:bulletred: General help is also avilable at the Help Desk.

Bugs, Glitches, and other weirdness

:bulletred: If you think you're experiencing a bug with deviantART, check the deviantArt Status Page, to see if it as a known issue already being worked on. You can also check for live updates at #help.

:bulletred: If you are a Beta Tester and experience a bug with a feature in Beta, contact #devBUG.

:bulletred: For bugs that are not listed, please contact the Help Desk.

Reporting Users, Images, and other policy concerns

:bulletred: Most policy-related issues should be directed to the Policy Team at the Help Desk.

:bulletred: For reporting images which you think violate policy, please see FAQ #155: How do I report a submission which I think breaks the rules?

:bulletred: To report a forum thread or a chatroom, or for general help with these features, you can receive live help from the volunteer MN@ team at #MNAdmin

Shop, Prints, Points, and other money-related inquiries

:bulletred: For any inquiry dealing with the deviantART shop (including AdCast, dA Points, devWear, Prints, and Subscriptions), contact the appropriate team at the Help Desk. Please note this is the only team equipped to handle such inquiries.
