Step 1: Control of emotions.
You must absolutely control every emotion your body lets out. If you dont then your demon may release itself unintetionally resulting in horrible rage and savagery. Once your mastered your emotions, youll be able to transform at will without endangering humans.
step 2: desires and changes.
Once you've activated your demon you will feel the urge to jump off cliffs and try to jump over a building or even beat the crap out of someone that you hate. You will also have boosted senses and abilities once your demon is controlled. Your hair colour may change to white or red but that wont affect you much. And control yourself around the opposite sex please! Your hormones at a teenagers transformation will just go insanE!
Step 3: Sleepless nights and nightmares.
You may experience horrific images of demons and monsters slaughtering humans or whatever is alive. Do not worry, this is normal. There simply visions from the demon world.
Step 4: Releasing the demon
Once youve mastered the ways of the demoniac and maintain complete control, you may release your demon at will. Be cautious of your surroundings. Like a vampire, demons tend to go bloodthirsty, ignore this. Demons do not drink blood unless its there own. licking your wounds and drinking your own blood will dialate and maximise all of your abilities, but you will enter an uncontrolable Berserk state.
