Where to get Help on deviantART.

_{If you require assistance with your deviantART account, you have a number of options available.

If you are having an issue with deviantART, please read the Status Forum before contacting the Help Desk as your issue may already be known to us.

The FAQ is full of useful information, resources and guides to everything you could possibly want to know about 'how do I do this' on deviantART.

The Help Desk provides a ticket based system where you can obtain personal assistance from the Help Desk Team.

You should contact the Help Desk should you be unable to identify an answer to your query from the FAQ or if you have any enquiries relating to community subscriptions. The Help Desk does not deal with any Print Account enquiries or Prints Sales enquiries.

You can also make enquiries to the Help Desk regarding any administrative action which has been placed on your account. Please note that due to the Privacy Policy, information regarding administrative action can only be disclosed to you if you are the person receiving the action. In other words, if your friend has been banned, please don't ask why.

#help - This is the official help channel on dAmn. Assistance is provided in real time by deviantART Staff, volunteer MN@ and helpers. If you are experiencing any difficulties with your account then feel free to come in and we will try to help you. Please note that we cannot advise on any administrative action, print accounts, print purchases, subscriptions or devwear orders.

#MNAdmin - This is the official channel on dAmn for reporting any dAmn related issues. e.g. if you have a forum thread which you wish to report, or if you are having difficulties in any of the channels on the chat network.

Prints Customer Service Desk - If you have any enquiries regarding Prints related issues then you should contact us here. This includes issues with uploading prints and order enquiries. You can also find assistance with print enquiries via the FAQ.

Please do not post requests for assistance in this forum. Please use the above guidelines to inform your decision as to where to contact for help. Any help related threads will be redirected to the above guidelines and locked.
